In 2009, digital media and industrial design schools at Victoria University of Wellington ran a collaborative project to explore ideas for the future through design thinking exercises. Our group, The Dolphins, explored how we could harness the power of our dreams to rejuvenate our bodies and learn new things during our sleeping hours.
Everything will change. Dreams lift restraints, externalising thought through architecture. Dreaming enables us to think creatively, empowering us to live out our waking lives in new, innovative ways. Our sleep movements define the boundaries of our architecture - externalising our thoughts.
